LMS Designz Return and Refund Policy

This policy outlines the terms for returns and refunds for purchases made through LMS Designz.

All Sales Are Final

LMS Designz operates on an all sales are final basis. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that they are making a final, non-reversible transaction. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or store credit for any products sold.

Digital Artwork and Services

Due to the nature of our products, specifically digital artwork, design services, and digital files, these items are not eligible for return or refund.

Reasoning:

  • Instant Access and Use: Once a digital file or service is delivered or the design process has begun, the product is immediately accessible and usable, making it impossible to genuinely return the item in an unused state.
  • Irreversibility: The nature of digital goods means they cannot be fully "uninstalled" or recovered once accessed, preventing a proper return.
  • Protection of Intellectual Property: This policy also serves to protect our proprietary designs and intellectual property from unauthorized copying or distribution under the guise of a return request.

Exceptions (Non-Refundable Circumstances)

The following circumstances, among others, will not qualify a purchase for a refund:

  • Change of Mind: Deciding you no longer want the artwork or service after purchase.
  • Lack of Technical Skill: Inability to use or apply the digital file due to a lack of necessary software or technical knowledge on the customer's part.
  • Buyer’s Remorse: Any dissatisfaction not related to a fundamental flaw in the product as described.

Faulty Files and Errors

While all sales are final, LMS Designz is committed to delivering high-quality, functional digital files.

  • If you receive a digital file that is corrupted, fundamentally flawed, or technically unusable (e.g., the file won't open) due to an error on our part, please contact us immediately.
  • We will review the issue and, if the fault is confirmed, we will provide a replacement of the correct, working digital file.
  • This provision is for replacement only and does not entitle the customer to a refund.

Agreement to Terms

By submitting an order and completing the purchase process with LMS Designz, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Return and Refund Policy, explicitly accepting that all sales are final and that digital artwork is not eligible for return or refund.
